Description We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget preparation, planning, and financial forecasting. He or she will work closely with business managers across different departments to develop a better understanding of operating costs and budget requirements, and actively contribute to business decision-making through accurate and timely financial analysis.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain periodic budgets for various departments within the organization.

Analyze current and past financial data, and performance in order to assist in forecasting future performance.

Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with various department leads to review financial information and forecasts.

Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.

Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.

Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciations, proposal costing, policy decisions, and the financial impact of operational strategies.

Create and maintain comprehensive financial models for decision support.

Enhance financial reporting systems for budget tracking.

Regularly monitor and reconcile budget discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business finance or relevant roles, including experience in budget preparation

In-depth knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.

Strong proficiency in Excel

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
