Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Financial System Support Analyst for an immediate contract need with a large client near Boca Raton. In this role, you will join a team of 6 and will support end users within our client's Accounting and Finance Departments. You'll be responsible for responding to tickets entered by end users within the Netsuite Financial ERP system for day to day support. This role won't involve coding or scripting, but you'll be responsible for walking through user processes and troubleshooting for first line of support. If the issue can't be resolved , you'll need to enter a ticket in ServiceNow and escalate to the IT support team for resolve. You'll also be responsible for assisting with triaging time sensitive and high priority issues and tickets as they could relate to month /quarter/ year end close cycles, account maintenance, and/or banking and accounting reconciliations.
