- Rails

- Balusters

- Shoes

- Cap

- Treads

- Risers

Experience with wood and / or metal railings a plus.

Subcontractors preferred.

Price list given to installer for communities worked. After 60 days, Subcontractors must have:

- General Liability and

- Workers Compensation Exemption

Subcontractor Benefits:

- Flexible hours

- $1,000 – $3,000 every two weeks

- Company shirts (after 90 days)
