Food Service Cashier

Elizabeth's Gourmet Delights is a successful, fast growing all-natural bakery/café in the Safety Harbor/Countryside area.

We are seeking that special person to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a front counter personnel member. Applicant MUST be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They MUST be enthusiastic, energetic, possess an excellent work ethic and have exceptional customer service skills. This front counter position currently offers about 37 to 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities:

The right candidate must possess the following qualities:

Greet patrons with a big smile while welcoming them to the café

Ability to build rapport with guests

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Take orders and serve guests in house

Take phone calls and fill carryout orders

Clean, stock supplies, make coffee and specialty espresso drinks. Barista experience is a plus

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields

Must have reliable transportation

Qualified candidate MUST be available to work weekends.
