As the Food Service Director / Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, menu planning, quality control, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our senior residents. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of our dining services. You’ll manage kitchen staff, create menus, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service. Collaborate with our team to design nutritious and delicious menus that cater to our senior residents’ dietary needs and preferences. Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety. Monitor food costs, inventory, and expenses to meet budgetary goals. Foster a positive dining experience for our residents, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. Adhere to health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
