Forklift Driver

Warehouse Assistant in Miami! You will assist in the warehouse and run the forklift. You will be loading using forklift into large container trucks.

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for fulfilling the logistics requirements in receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to customer’s orders and established storing procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process customer’s orders by picking, palletizing, labelling, and shipping orders accurately.

Receive, unload and place inventory items accordingly.

Work closely with the packing and re-packing team.

Organize stocks and maintain inventory.

Assist the Quality control team in inspecting products for defects and damage.

Examine incoming and outgoing shipments and report discrepancies.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Maintain equipment in working condition and report malfunctions.

Organize warehouse space.

Comply with established procedures and safety rules and regulations.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve efficient workflow, resolve issues, and meet daily targets.

Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Bilingual English/ Spanish required.

Forklift certified

Proven working experience as a warehouse worker.

Independent and agile. Fast learner and display integrity.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Able to work in a cold environment.

Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
