Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process.Specific Job SummaryReporting to the Director, Corporate Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition (Corporate) manages the delivery and implementation of talent acquisition programs, processes, procedures, and systems in compliance with all relevant employment regulations across the U.S. and international locations. The role supports the determination of region-specific recruiting strategies for management and hourly positions in alignment with the COE defined corporate Human Resources strategies.The Manager will work with the Hiring Manager at each location within Corporate disciplines to understand and define their hourly staffing requirements, and to provide subject matter expertise to develop candidate specifications that will meet business needs as appropriate. The incumbent keeps up to date with recruiting methods and maintaining good relationships with local recruiters and colleges, this role will concentrate on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.Expected Contributions

Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small projects, business processes or parts of larger ones.

Responds to, solves and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk.

Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff.

Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by:

identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.

providing training and technical guidance to less senior staff, where appropriate, and serving as point-of-contact for problem resolution.

participating in setting department operating plans.

recognizing and celebrating team successes.

achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility.

Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.

Performs other duties as appropriate.

Specific Expected ContributionsThe Manager, Talent Acquisition works closely with the Corporate TA team to provide recruiting tactics within Corporate disciplines.

Manages recruiting for hourly and management positions.

Creates and fosters relationships with local schools.

Manages the full lifecycle recruitment process including intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.

Would utilize various recruitment methods, depending on the response rates, including:

posting on Job Boards

placing adverts in local press

hosting career events

having a presence at job fairs.

Surfaces any recruiting issues with the potential to escalate to the Center of Excellence, if necessary.

Is the first point of contact for hourly Hiring Managers for any Recruiting requests.

Designs and helps to design and develop Recruiting-related processes pertinent to Corporate disciplines.

Works to harness the increasing capabilities of technology within in the Recruiting world, with specific emphasis on Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc).

JOB REQUIREMENTSCandidate Profile

Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:

Generally, a professional position requiring significant knowledge and experience in one or more disciplines and/or business operations as well as associate management experience. College degree and/or relevant experience generally required.

Specific Candidate ProfileEducation

Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience

Four (4) to six (6) years of progressive Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience.

Corporate experience/knowledge preferred.
