Freelance Vacant Land Real Estate Photographer

Do you have a keen eye for capturing the beauty and potential of vacant land real estate? We're seeking talented freelance photographers to join our team and showcase vacant properties in their most compelling light.

Responsibilities:

Professionally photograph vacant land properties for real estate listings.

Capture high-quality images that highlight the land's unique features, including terrain, vegetation, and surrounding scenery.

Utilize advanced photography techniques, such as HDR, panoramic shots, and aerial/drone footage (where applicable), to create immersive visuals.

Edit and enhance images using photo editing software to achieve a polished, cohesive result.

Requirements:

Ownership of an iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, or 14 Pro

Reliable transportation to travel to various vacant land locations within the designated service area.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with real estate agents and clients.

Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.

Keen eye for detail and a creative flair for capturing a property's best assets.

Prior experience in real estate or landscape photography is an asset but not mandatory.

Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Pay: $10 per property (negotiable with experience)
