The Fresh Pasta Lead supervises the fresh pasta department and team to meet Eataly’s targets, mission and policies. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.    Manages the pasta production schedule to achieve maximum efficiencyMonitors stock levels and makes key decisions about inventory controlMeets with the Fresh Market Manager regularly to discuss the team’s overall financial and operational statusOrder supplies and merchandise as neededWorks alongside the team to train and develop individual operational and service skillsEnsures standards for quality, guest service, and food safety and sanitationSubmits and reviews weekly payroll for all Fresh Pasta employeesSupervises cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and arranges for repairs and other servicesInspects production, counter and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are followedPerforms other duties as required or assigned
