Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide insight and options to front-end challenges
Collaborate with product teams to create elegant, intuitive experiences for users
Contribute both technically and in an advisory role to projects
Provide front-end architecture and aesthetic thought leadership
Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms, and tooling solutions
Collaborate with teammates to not just solve problems, but to find elegant, accessible technology solutions for business needs
Provide mentorship and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

5+ years experience with building complex, large-scale projects
Solid foundation using React/React Native and Redux
Proven, demonstrable knowledge of standards-compliant, responsive, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
Expertise in web accessibility
Demonstrated experience with responsive coding techniques and patterns
Strong understanding of usability and accessibility issues across all device types
Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS, Sass, Less)
