As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will join a highly skilled team of SDLC professionals building new solutions in the Operational and Risk Compliance domain. You will utilize your Angular skills, professional experience, and creative problem-solving abilities to support the design, architecture, and implementation of greenfield work for one of the largest and most famous financial services organizations in the country. By leveraging the most cutting-edge technology, you will work with your team to develop products that drive business. This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from the company's location in Tampa and the remainder of their time remotely.Responsibilities

    • Gain an understanding of the product space during project development.
    • Work with product owner / BA to ensure coding meets the business's needs. Understand the business case.
    • Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Shared services teams.
    • Responsible for providing rigorous testing standards to ensure the application's current and future stability is not compromised.
    • Remain current with developments and trends in areas of expertise, including new technologies that may provide opportunities for the future.
    • Learn from the development team and gain more experience.
    • Deliver quality code as directed by other more senior developers adhering to standards set by the team.
Required Experience
    • 1+ years of software development experience using Angular 8+, Typescript, Reactive Programming, Responsive Design, JavaScript, CSS3, SASS, and HTML5.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Understanding Agile Software Development practices and how to leverage these to streamline project execution.
    • Experience working with Angular CLI
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Preferred Experience
    • Working knowledge of Core Java is highly desired.
    • Consulting experience.
    • Working knowledge of SDLC, especially as it relates to improving agile delivery metrics.
    • Scrum Master experience.
