Description We are on the lookout for a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to be a part of our team in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will be dealing with a variety of financial tasks, including full cycle accounts payable and receivable, payroll management for a team of 20, and insurance verification for subcontractors. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities Handle end-to-end bookkeeping including both accounts payable and receivable Oversee payroll operations for a team of 20 employees Ensure timely and accurate ACH (Automated Clearing House) operations every Friday Conduct verification for subcontractor insurance Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Work closely with the owner and CPA during audits and financial reviews Monitor and manage customer accounts and take necessary actions Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for various accounting functions Perform bank reconciliations and billing functions as required Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Experience with Microsoft Outlook Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations Experience with Billing Functions Proficiency in QuickBooks Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
