Family Care Advisor
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated professional to connect with families and help them make important end-of-life planning decisions. In this role, you will guide individuals through the process of selecting pre-planned funeral services, as well as pre-planned and immediate-need cemetery or mausoleum arrangements. Whether meeting in person at the funeral home or virtually, you will provide thoughtful solutions tailored to each family’s personal and cultural needs.

Key Responsibilities
Listen attentively to families, offering empathetic guidance as they explore their options for funeral services and property.
Partner with Funeral Directors and internal teams to ensure seamless service and support for families.
Clearly outline insurance options and complete necessary documentation with precision and compliance.
Seek ongoing training and mentorship to refine communication techniques, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Build strong relationships with prospective and current client families to support their planning needs.
Proactively reach out to potential clients, scheduling appointments at their convenience, including evenings and weekends.
Leverage CRM software and marketing efforts to develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct property tours and explain available features for pre-planned and immediate-need purchases.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license as required by state/province.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM systems and social networking tools is a plus.
