General Laborer (Immediate Start)

This job is located in Alachua county (Gainsville, FL)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our team for immediate start. This is a hands-on position where you will assist in various tasks including, but not limited to, manual labor, packaging, assembly, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.

-Assist in loading and unloading goods and supplies.

-Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

-Assist with other tasks as needed and directed by supervisors.

-Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in general labor or similar physical work is preferred but not required.

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

-Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
