Generator Technician – Full-Time

We're seeking a reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious Generator Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial standby generators. If you have experience with brands like Generac, Kohler, or Cummins, and are passionate about delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial backup generators

-Perform load testing, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance

-Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with engines and control panels

-Provide clear, professional communication with customers

-Complete job reports, inspections, and service documentation accurately

-Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience servicing generators (Generac, Kohler, etc. preferred)

-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control wiring

-Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record

-Ability to work independently and handle service calls across Collier and Lee Counties

-EPA or electrical certification a plus (but not required)
