The Program Management Book of Work (BoW) Oversight Analyst is a role within the Global Program Governance function at Citi, focused on the critical review, monitoring, and tracking of Project Management governance deliverables for the Key Initiatives in Citi’s Book of Work and their compliance with the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards (CPPMS).The main responsibilities are:· Assesses Key Initiative compliance with the defined governance processes and overall adequacy, through periodic governance reviews, to ensure compliance with Citi’s Project Management Policy and Standard requirements, as well as fit-for purpose based on the Initiative’s scope.· Identifies, reports and tracks to closure findings of non-compliance and not fit for purpose as part of the governance assessment reviews.· Manages the onboarding of Key Initiatives to ensure Key Initiative managers understand and follow the BoW governance processes.· Provides expertise and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of Initiative Management and Book of Work Oversight to the Organization Program Management Office (PMO) leads and teams.· Defines, communicates, and maintains an annual plan of governance reviews for the calendar year and define scope of the reviews.· Provides input to the CPMC Thematic Reviews and Organization PMO Assessment process reviews based on analysis and trends of the Governance reviews results.· Interfaces with GPMO Taskforce leads to provide updates and communicate upcoming activities in the Organization PMO Taskforce.· Interfaces with senior project management staff and Organization PMO Leads regarding the Key Initiatives reviews and escalations.· Ensures activities, reporting and other day to day activities follow the Key Initiative Oversight Procedure and finds efficiencies in their governance processes, templates, and reporting.· Identifies process improvement opportunities where appropriate and program manages approved enhancements accordingly.· Provides in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.· Performs tracking and monitoring of the CPMC Key Initiative reviews using Share Point lists.· Performs data analysis on data from PTS 2.0 and PM Insight to assist with reviews, reporting and metrics.Knowledge / Experience· Clear experience in a similar function; adept at leading change, delivering results in a complex environment.· 5 years of experience in PM / PMO functions or Risk and Control or Compliance functions required.· 2 years of experience with PTS 2.0 and some experience with PM Insight· Strong organization skills, time management, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation skills and ability to influence.· Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain highly detailed records of meetings, reviews, actions, and agreements.· Ability to manage concurrent deliverables and prioritization.· Strong PM Knowledge, PMP preferred.· Excellent command of MS Office Applications.· Experience in working in virtual teams.· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.· Experience in working with Director Level clients and above.Bachelors degree in work related fieldCiti requires that all successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment and provide proof of such vaccination prior to commencement of US employment.Job Family Group:Project and Program ManagementJob Family:Program ManagementTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Tampa Florida United StatesPrimary Location Salary Range:$100,430.00 - $150,650.00Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
