The Graduate Admissions Associate plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective medical and veterinary students from initial engagement through enrollment. This is a consultative, student-facing role focused on building trust, providing expert guidance, and helping applicants confidently navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. This position blends high-touch advising, structured evaluation, and conviction-building enrollment support. Graduate Admissions Associate serve as trusted partners to applicants, helping them understand program fit, readiness, and next steps, while also ensuring a smooth and supportive transition from acceptance to matriculation. Advisors may focus primarily on early-stage admissions (prospect through admissions decision) or late-stage enrollment (acceptance through census) based on team needs and individual strengths, while operating under a unified title and skill profile.
