Exciting work you will do:
  • Use your emergency management and grants and financial expertise to support or lead delivery across complex engagements while maximizing our delivery impact to our clients
  • Work to process vital emergency assistance funds on behalf of our client
  • Seek to transform the client's thinking and influence their decision making
  • Dive deep into the challenges facing clients, think big, and draw on your point of view to develop creative solutions to their most challenging business problems
  • Serve as a project manager or as a member of a diverse team
  • Apply your grants and financial or emergency management expertise to deliver functional, practical solutions that are of lasting value to the client
  • Develop trusted relationships at levels that result in new business opportunities
  • Seek to be visionary and apply cutting edge practices and thoughts to grant and financial management or emergency management
  • Be authentically you as you engage in growing your skills every day

What you will need:
  • Management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry (Grants, Finances, Emergency Management, or Public Sector) and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Proven subject matter or content expertise in Emergency Management or Public Sector with a focus on Grants or Financial Management
  • Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and related federal standards for compliance and accountability
  • Demonstrated success in delivering expert solutions and methodologies to existing and new client accounts
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Be willing to travel and meet our clients where they are at
  • At the Manager level: Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • A Master's degree or professional certifications pertaining to emergency management, project management, grants and financial management, or risk management are bonuses
  • External accreditation or recognition from recognized professional bodies is a bonus
