Cooks at Emeril's Coastal are responsible for preparation of high-level fine cuisine with strict adherence to recipes and quality standards. Our grill cooks are primarily responsible for cooking food on our kitchen’s grill. This will include braising and grilling meat, vegetables, seafood and other types of food as needed.

We are looking for candidates that have experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen. Culinary school training is preferred. Good grooming, and the ability to get along well with others are essential.
