We are looking for a Group Flight Coordinator! This role will assist multiple lines of business within the “S.T.E.M.” (Specialty Teams and Emerging Markets) organization of Disney Central. These could include (but are not limited to) Disney Planning /Ticket Centers, Gatherings (Convention/Wedding/Youth Events) and Sports Travel and this roll will support various sales initiatives for Disney Central and Central Florida Sales in both a Guest facing and call center environments across Central Florida.The starting pay rate for this position is $18.15/hour.Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort using numerous software applications during this process

Work with limited direct leadership

Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions

Develop relationships with Guests and Cast Members across property to provide excellent service

Engage with Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and providing other information regarding the theme parks and surrounding areas

Prolonged standing and walking to various areas in indoor and outdoor settings during different weather conditions

Meet required departmental metric expectations including productivity goals and Guest experience scores

Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned

Basic Qualifications :

Six (6) months of Walt Disney World experience

Valid Driver’s License

Sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections

Handle conflict resolution

Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills

Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications

Maintain Guest confidentiality through a balance of integrity

Computer and technical proficiency

Passion and knowledge of Disney Products, Services and Experiences

Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays

Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations including day of schedule changes

Preferred Qualifications:

Guest service experience at a luxury resort or hotel

One (1) Year of Call Center experience

Cash Handling experience

Bilingual

Disney Central experience

Knowledge of the following software: SnApp, DREAMS, LILO, Travelbox, Passkey, SBC, Passport, A la Carte, Zendesk, Guest Service Suite
