Kforce has a client that is hiring a HCM PeopleSoft Programmer in Jacksonville, FL. Essential Job Functions:

Primary responsibility will be to provide production support for PeopleSoft customers; Support will involve maintenance, troubleshooting and development of application modules and interfaces

Use of PeopleTools and other PeopleSoft development tools to perform enhancements, fixes, and customizations to our PeopleSoft application, as well as providing production support and developing reports for end users

HCM PeopleSoft Programmer will directly work with end users to understand requirements to design technical solutions that are in line with business needs while staying consistent with the application architecture

Utilize PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Fluid framework to perform enhancements, fixes, and customizations to PeopleSoft applications

Work directly with end users to understand requirements and design technical solutions consistent with application architecture

Provide production support and develop reports for end users

As a HCM PeopleSoft Programmer, you will ensure alignment with departmental practices and standards

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or another applicable area of study

Oracle/PeopleTools Certified Expert certification is preferred

Three years of IT experience or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience

Experience developing PeopleSoft HR customizations for end users; Or experience developing customizations for end users within PeopleSoft financial and supply chain applications

Strong experience with PeopleSoft integration tools, SQR Reporting, application design

Experience with IT project management, PeopleSoft programming/coding, and system implementation coordination

Proficiency in application engine, SQR, component interface, application design, and PeopleCode tools

Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system development and modifications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
