We are looking to fill open customer service positions in our growing health insurance office. Experience in health insurance customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Clear and respectful communication skills.

- Handle inbound calls & Verifications

- Identify and address reasons for potential cancellations.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently.

Hours:

Monday- Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Hourly + bonus

We pay weekly every Friday.
