Pay: $18/hour (Training is paid!)
Location: on-site - Orlando, FL
Training Dates: October 14 - 28 (M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Post-Training Schedule: Begins October 29; must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 8 PM.
Note: No planned time off during the first 30 days.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Evaluate the purpose of calls and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Patient Services initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
Record all interactions in the patient database and follow up on service requests.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
High school diploma, GED or higher required.
Professional-level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and excellent judgment.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable work ethic and ability to accept and implement feedback.
