Description We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires a high degree of patience and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems, including email, software applications, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
Maintain and update computer systems and software.
Document all support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
Provide basic user training and support.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
