Description
Provide advanced technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues escalated from Tier I support.
Troubleshoot endpoint devices, peripherals, and operating systems in both remote and on-site environments.
Manage Active Directory, user permissions, and group policy changes.
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and other electronic devices.
Assist with system integrations, upgrades, and installations.
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and assets within the ticketing system.
Train Tier I staff and end-users on technology tools and processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external support teams as needed.
Monitor IT systems proactively to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Tier II/Advanced Help Desk or IT Support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and mobile operating systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote troubleshooting tools.
Experience with basic networking concepts, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
