Helper, Work with a garden,

Looking for the right Helper. Work with a garden, potted plants, soil mixes, composting,Vermicomposting mostly simple lite moving, organizing,& hoping to end up with a Long term part time/full time helper, Manager or maybe Part owned. The right person will like this job.

Willing to start at OK wages & work up to good & very good wages. Need’s to be able to communicate. Having a vehicle is good. If you care about the environment, quality food

What I am not looking for the super hard working/ get the job done fast, collect 100, or $150 & go. Nope. This type of person is good, but not for this project.
