Hiring For A Maintenance Technicians

We are currently interviewing for an experienced residential Maintenance Technician, certified in HVAC for a luxury community in Tempe. Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.

Daily Task Expectations:

· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers

· Maintaining property grounds

· Plumbing

· Electrical

· Carpentry

· Drywall repair

· Painting

· Appliance repair

· Pool maintenance

· Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance

· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders

· HVAC Certification is a PLUS

· CPO certification is a PLUS

· Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill

· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
