Hiring In House Web/Graphic Designer

POP Creative, a Miami based web design and web-marketing agency is looking for a talented, driven and creative web/graphic designer to join our team. Ideal candidates would be able to work in a fast-based small and friendly group environment, have strong design and development skills with a keen eye for details. No Coding Experience Required. The position is 50% remote and 50% in person.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

2-3 years experience working in an agency or freelance

Ability to take direction and adapt to each unique clients’ requests and styles

Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with clients

Ability to work fast and meet deadlines

Strong design skills with a modern, clean and functional design style

Knowledgeable in the latest web design trends and best practices

Expert in graphic design softwares and apps such as Photoshop & Illustrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing of high-quality and professional website layouts and user interfaces using Photoshop

Collaborate with Marketing team to Design Social Media graphics and content

Creation and Design of web banners and other digital assets

Design of logos and marketing collateral materials such as flyers, media kits, business cards and brochures

Photo Retouching and Editing

Compensation & Benefits:

$15- $25 an hour based on experience and portfolio
