Pioneer Property Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This critical role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and a keen understanding of HVAC and low-voltage systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, implementing maintenance schedules, and developing and managing budgets for maintenance projects.
Duties:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including HVAC and low-voltage systems.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Use logic controllers and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Manage and maintain records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Yardi).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and maintenance strategies.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve skills and knowledge.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a multifamily property management environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and low-voltage systems.
- Experience with logic controllers and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of Yardi software and the ability to use it to manage maintenance records a plus.
- A background in multifamily maintenance management and a passion for improving maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
