Solid experience in automotive and fleet repair (diesel PM, heavy equipment PM)

Must have own tools (specialty tools provided)

Reliable and self-motivated

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communicator — must provide clear, timely updates

Organized — able to track parts, cores, and paperwork

Professional in appearance and conduct on job sites

Productivity-focused — 85%+ efficiency expected
