Job Overview:

The Holiday Decorations Manager is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and execution of holiday decoration themes within high-end residential buildings. This role requires a creative and dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects, present innovative ideas to clients, and ensure the successful installation of holiday decor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Design Themes: Develop and manage unique and appealing holiday decoration themes that enhance the ambiance of high-end residential spaces.

Idea Generation: Lead brainstorming sessions with the design team to generate fresh and innovative ideas for holiday decorations.

Styles of Design: Stay abreast of the latest design styles and incorporate them into holiday decor plans.

Client Presentations: Present a range of decoration options to clients and assist them in selecting the best choices for their residences.

Proposal Preparation: Craft detailed proposals outlining design concepts, timelines, and budgets for client approval.

Trend Research: Monitor and research current trends in holiday decorations to ensure cutting-edge design offerings.

Installation Assistance: Provide hands-on support during the installation of holiday decorations, ensuring a seamless execution.

Client Acquisition: Engage with and sell services to prospective clients, expanding the company’s client base.

Holiday Availability: Availability to work during holiday seasons, including weekends and evenings as necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of work.

Industry Shows: Travel to industry shows to gather inspiration and network with suppliers and peers.

Experience Requirements: Proven experience in interior decor, event planning, or a similar field.

Multitasking Ability: Efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and imaging/photo editing platforms.

Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to visit client sites and industry events.

Collaboration: Work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a cohesive and successful design outcome.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Event Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous holiday decoration projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and decorators.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting Salary $50,000.00 and performing based bonuses.
