In search of a strong General Manager to lead our $5 M plus location. The best leader for this will know all facets of the business from sales to Shipping and marketing as well as accounting and warehouse details.

We pay a top salary of up to 85k annually

Bonus paid Quarterly

Overall Expectations

Manage all daily operations by planning and executing short- and long-term strategic goals and ensuring annual business plans are developed and implemented.

Manage all departments: Marketing, Sales, Shipping/Receiving, Back Office, Administration, etc.

Recruit, motivate, mentor, and empower a high-performing team to achieve company goals.

Utilizes reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the business

Daily review of the business metrics (financial, thru-put, and quality) and provide direction as required.

Financial

Maintain strong financial oversight of all operations including revenues, expenses, profitability, and financial reporting. Evaluate and continually improve company performance by analyzing and interpreting KPIs, data, and metrics.

Monitor & ensure each department's monthly & yearly sales, gross profit, expense, and net profit goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role. Minimum 4 years

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Economics or equivalent

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the lighting and home decor industry is required.

Strong references and referrals supporting previous experience and achievements.
