Hotel Facility Maintenance - ASAP Strong In HVAC

Job Title: Facility TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Facility Technician supervises daily tasks at our hotel properties and oversees maintenance work performed by outside vendors. This role requires a strong background in HVAC systems for large buildings, such as hotels. The technician will not perform hands-on tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, drywall, or painting but will coordinate with contractors, supervise their work, and ensure all tasks meet our standards by addressing any discrepancies found. The position involves commuting between two locations in Miami, using tri-rail. Training will be provided in Brickell and Kaseya before regular shifts begin.Hard Skills
