Successful house flipping company seeking student/assistant. 3 flips per month. You'll be involved in the entire process from start to finish.

Acquisitions - run comps and send offers

Rehab - Photograph and check in on contractors

Disposition - List for sale and communicate with agents.

Full time preferred but 30 hours ok

Must have passion for real estate. Some experience preferred but not needed

Pay depends on experience and negotiable.
