Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.We are looking for a HQ FP&A Projects Leader to manage FP&A cross-functional projects and drive improvements across all FP&A process. The individual will partner closely with Cytiva operating businesses, Controllership and FP&A teams, and senior leadership to implement business critical projects and identify opportunities for process improvements.What you’ll do! Lead chart of accounts project to remap Cytiva financials into new organization structure starting in 2023. Reconcile historical financials and ensure new account and cost center hierarchies are correctly aligned by operational team.

Own Cytiva key metric reporting through monthly bowlers. partnering with operating businesses to drive automation and standardization of bowler reporting.

Lead consolidation of Danaher monthly statistics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect key financial and operational metrics tied to company performance.

Own HQ, CEO, Business Development, and Sustainability functional budgets, responsible for monthly forecasting, month-end pacing, actuals reporting, and variance analysis.

Drive acquisition reporting and performance tracking across Cytiva acquisitions and BD activity, consolidate results, report performance vs. ROIC models and monthly forecasts.

Link financial results to operational performance drivers, provide recommendations to senior leadership, generate alternatives as needed, drive positive change and interface with executive management.

Who you are!

Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.

5+ years of progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, business analysis and/or related experience.

Advanced proficiency in financial systems/applications including OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP and/or similar and MS Excel experience.

Advanced proficiency in income statement reporting and accrual accounting.

Key competencies include attention to detail, initiative, clear communication, financial modeling skills, leadership, and integrity.

Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distil them into insightful analysis for senior management.

Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and must be able to make progress in ambiguous situations/projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, work in a collaborative style.

Some travel may be required with valid work permission.

Data visualization tools (QlikSense, Tableau, Spotfire) preferred.
