- 2+ years of the Onboarding experience, including background checks, drug screens, and I-9 compliance.
- Routinely follow up with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and outside vendors regarding the onboarding process missing paperwork, the status of background checks/drug screens, and other items as needed
- Gather, review and consolidate pertinent data and develop/prepare HR reports and personnel files.
- Perform extensive data entry into multiple online systems
- Complete all filing in personnel files
- Perform regular audits of files, employment eligibility, backgrounds, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal team members and candidates
- Consistently display strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with the E-Verify process.
- Participate in special projects or perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Human Resource/Onboarding activities.
