HR Coordinator

Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an HR Coordinator based in Miami, Florida. The role is within the financial services industry and will be focused on handling various HR-related tasks. The successful candidate will be involved in functions like recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding of new employees.Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, aiding in the selection and hiring of new employees Handle payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of wages Manage benefits administration for all employees, including enrollment and reporting Coordinate with volunteers and ensure they meet the necessary requirements such as drug tests and background clearance Assist in the onboarding process of new interns and employees, facilitating a smooth integration into the company Undertake any additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department Use skills like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication in the daily execution of tasks. Requirements Proven experience in the role of HR Coordinator or similar HR positions. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge and understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Proficiency in Ceridian and Dayforce HR software. Experience with About Time software for workforce management. Strong auditing skills. Experience in conducting background checks. Understanding of benefit functions within an organization. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
