job detailsAs an HR Generalist, you will manage a broad range of human resources functions to support the organization's goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, administering benefits and compensation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will also implement HR policies, facilitate performance management, coordinate training initiatives, and handle employee grievances.
