Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous and organized HR Recruiter in Boca Raton, Florida. The primary job function involves managing a variety of recruitment tasks, including the handling of both specialist and general roles across the lifesciences and biopharma industries. The successful candidate will also be involved in administrative duties, regular communication, and new hire orientation sessions. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to a diverse range of job requisitions promptly and effectively Utilize Workday and Excel to manage and organize job requisitions and candidate information Conduct daily check-ins and maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved Participate in new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees Handle recruitment for a broad range of roles including, but not limited to, accounting, IT, and administrative roles Utilize a variety of skills including ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, Hiring Processes to perform tasks effectively Ensure detailed and organized tracking and follow-up of recruitment processes. Requirements Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Expertise in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of About Time software Experience in conducting Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions within HR Strong Documentation skills Familiarity with various Hiring Processes.
