Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the life sciences industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. As part of our team, the HR Recruiter will play a critical role in managing recruitment for various roles. The role requires proficiency in Workday and Excel, with an emphasis on organization and detailed work. Responsibilities: Handle recruitment for a variety of roles Utilize recruitment platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Careerbuilder in sourcing and recruiting candidates Manage daily check-ins and ensure timely communication and response to recruitment requirements Oversee administrative duties related to recruitment including documentation and maintaining accurate records Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process Participate in new permanent orientations and manage onboarding processes Maintain an organized system for job requisitions and candidate profiles Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring processes and procedures.
