Description We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS solutions. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure the system functionality aligns with our business strategies. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly skilled in HRIS platforms and processes.Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain HRIS solutions according to organizational needs and compliance standards Evaluate HRIS platforms and tools to ensure they support scalability in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment Streamline workflows and data processes across all HR functions to improve efficiency and data accuracy Oversee the integration of HR systems from acquired companies into our existing infrastructure Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HRIS data, ensuring accurate and timely updates Develop analytical insights and reports to guide decision-making in areas such as payroll, benefits utilization, compensation trends, and onboarding effectiveness Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless system operation and alignment with business strategies Provide technical support and training to HR staff and leadership on HRIS functionalities Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration requirements Identify and address potential risks related to HR system integrations proactively.Message Kathy Downs on LinkedIn for more informationRequirements Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role in Human Resources Information Systems Proficiency in Workday HRIS is a must Solid experience with HRIS system implementation and management Excellent understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes Demonstrated ability to manage all HRIS operations including decision-making, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and system performance Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using HRIS Strong project management skills to lead HRIS implementation projects Excellent communication skills to liaise with IT and HR departments effectively Knowledge of HR disciplines and their respective processes Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field Relevant certifications in HRIS or Workday would be an advantage.
