Description We are actively searching for a Human Resources Assistant to become an integral part of our team in Miami, Florida. This position plays a crucial role in managing the HR functions, including new permanent data entry, benefits administration, recruitment process, and maintaining employee records. The role also includes resolving employee inquiries regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other HR-related issues.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficient hiring procedures are in place Enter new permanent data into ADP Workforce and manage onboarding processes Administer company benefits and respond to employee inquiries regarding the same Assist in conducting performance reviews and manage workers' compensation reporting Handle inquiries regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other employee-related issues Maintain up-to-date employee files and manage confidential data Respond to various information requests such as verification of employment and workers' compensation claims Manage all reporting to insurance carrier and address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, change of status, etc. Ensure bilingual communication in both Spanish and English as required Maintain compliance with ADP - Financial Services and ADP - Payroll regulationsBilingual- English and Spanish required If you are interested in hearing more about this position, please call me or email; janet.garcia@roberthalfcom or 786-393-4588Requirements Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software for the management of company finances. Experience with ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR processes and workforce management. Knowledgeable in various benefit functions including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and stakeholders. Understanding of compliance regulations and laws to ensure company practices are in line with legal requirements. Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts. Familiarity with modern hiring processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
