This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations support within a growing organization.What You'll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR office; greet Team Members and visitors and respond to inquiries or route to appropriate departments (Benefits, Payroll, etc.).Maintain HR office supplies, forms inventory, and labor law posters.Maintain accurate electronic and paper personnel records, including I-9 documentation and compliance tracking.Organize and retrieve HR documents for audits, employee relations, and legal requests.Verify completion of required Team Member acknowledgements and documentation.Provide timekeeping support using HRIS systems (ADP preferred).Support onboarding processes, including workspace setup, system access, and documentation.Maintain HR shared drive/network folders and ensure document accuracy.Keep HR office organized and operationally efficient.Draft and distribute internal communications, notices, and HR correspondence.Assist with document mailings for current and former Team Members.Review, code, and submit invoices and maintain expense documentation.Assist with Benefits meetings, Team Member engagement activities, and HR events.Coordinate travel arrangements for HR leadership as needed.Support HR reporting, presentations, audits, and documentation.Provide administrative support to HR leadership and special projects.Perform additional duties as assigned.
