Job Description: Experience required

Main Duty: Ordering Parts, Processing Warranties, Answering Phones, Dispatching and scheduling jobs for service and maintenance technicians.

Duties include: Ordering Parts and Processing Warranties Dispatching and scheduling jobs for service technicians, routine clerical functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing information to callers. Clerical duties, filing, etc.

Able to problem solve and work well with others.
