HVAC Service Dispatcher/Data Entry

Summer is almost here and everyone wants their air conditioning working! We are hiring a detail orientated individual with great customer service skills to take service calls, schedule maintenance, do data entry and dispatch. The position is Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 4:00 with an hour for lunch. Dependability and flexibility is a MUST (on occasion you might be asked to come in at 8:00 or stay a little later). As cooler weather approaches in the fall, the position may go to part time (3 days a week). Familiar with Quickbooks is a plus!
