RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Identity Access Management Engineer in Davie, FL.

Key Tasks: Identity Access Management Engineer will develop a global strategy and roadmap for Identity and Access Management while ensuring scalability, resilience, and a seamless end-user experience Conduct POCs of new Access Management products and services to validate integration needs Integrate IAM systems with in-house applications, third-party applications and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources Demonstrate a proven track record in building, executing, and managing enterprise IAM initiatives in a complex organizational environment Demonstrate experience in creating IAM processes, implementing and integrating appropriate technologies, and evolving/maturing organizational cultures and processes As an Identity Access Management Engineer, you will develop and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators and metrics to demonstrate program health and status; Including the development of scorecards/dashboards Lead a matrixed team of high-performing individuals across multiple functions, including vendors. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day IAM operations Create a sustainable maintenance cycle for existing solutions to ensure solutions are up to date and technical solutions are fully leveraged/utilized; Develop and maintain technology roadmap and refresh cycles Partner with peer delivery organizations within IT to drive secure solutions without being a roadblock

REQUIREMENTS: Identity & access management: 5 years (Required) 5+ years of experience building Identity & Access Management services or IAM products 5+ years of managing IAM tools in an architect or engineering role; SailPoint, Active Directory integration, OKTA experience strongly preferred 5+ years in information security or risk management including CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications preferred SailPoint: 3 years (Required) 3+ years of lead and experience in managing teams Knowledge and experience with Identity Management solutions, Kerberos, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Encryption, PKI Expertise in Identity and Access Management Systems and architecture Technical depth and working knowledge in Identity Governance, Access Management, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management Ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and manage relationships across multiple areas of the business including Audit, Compliance, and other executive stakeholders Sound judgment and ability to effectively balance information risk controls with business productivity and growth Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences that include senior management Broad knowledge of current and emerging information technology industry trends and directions including common information security management frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT Ability to manage project constraints time, cost, and quality Have excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, including executive leadership, customers, auditors, governance committees, etc.
