  • Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory and related systems
  • Assist in the development, execution and support of an IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategy
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a PAM (Privilege Access Management) systems and associated processes
  • Work extensively with Active Directory setup and troubleshooting
  • Work extensively on SAML/Single Signon/ Outh2.0 integrations
  • Assist in the development and support of Azure Active Directory
  • Work extensively with Powershell and associated Windows languages
  • Analysis deep technical issues using Splunk
  • Help develop and implement Windows Server hardening strategies and techniques
  • Works with vendors to resolve problems and develop infrastructure solutions
  • Work with Technology leaders to help improve efficiency and productivity within the Firm.
  • Maintain the practice of continuous improvement and education by attending seminars, etc. and keeping current on new leadership skills
  • Be excellent at prioritizing, working well under pressure and thriving under the operational demands inherent of the role.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience around Identity and Access Management design and conceptual thinking
  • Experience and understanding of the concepts of Privilege Access Management.
  • Excellent understanding and operations skills with that Windows platforms
  • Great understanding of modern Security techniques and practices
  • Experience with M365 Security Center
  • Good Powershell Skills
  • Ability to work within a highly diverse team of highly skilled technical professionals.
  • Extensive experience in working effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams and end users in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
  • Possess strong communication skills and has significant experience with facilitating regular touchpoint calls/meetings/WebEx sessions.
  • Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Capable of grasping new concepts without prior experience
  • Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative
  • Ability to travel or work overtime, as needed
