Job Description:

We are a growing print and graphics shop seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive efficiency and growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational, customer service, and team management experience in the print, signage, or graphics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day shop operations and production workflow

Manage and lead staff, including scheduling and performance oversight

Ensure quality control, deadlines, and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with sales, production, and vendors

Manage inventory, purchasing, and job costing

Improve processes, efficiency, and profitability

Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of management experience (print, graphics, signage, or related industry preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Solid understanding of print production, large format, or graphics workflows

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with job tracking, estimating, and basic financial reporting
