IMMEDIATE HIRE SECURITY OFFICER (Miami Beach/Bal Harbour)

Compensation: $16.5 per hour

Employment type: Full-Time

The security officer position is for IMMEDIATE hire.

Our Company is in search of responsible, serious, experienced and licensed security guard with a commanding presence, to work in one our stores on Collins Avenue and Bal Harbour Shops.

Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a security officer or similar role preferred

- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security protocols

- Surveillance skills and detail orientation

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:

- Proven LEADERSHIP

- Commanding presence

- Previous experience as a bouncer preferred

- Emotional intelligence and good character judgment

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable

- Ability to assess your own behavior, while also paying attention to employees, patrons and visitors

- Listening skills

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures

- Black suit is REQUIRED

- Comfort with directing people or taking up leadership responsibilities

- Attention to detail

- Ability to operate emergency equipment and detection devices, if necessary

- Fully licensed by the State of Florda

The location for this position will be at one of our stores located inside of the mall.

Our base salary will be $16.5 per hour.

We are looking to hire for a FULL TIME position immediately.
