Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently organize and manage documents, including compiling case files and directing them to the appropriate departments (intake, legal, or external attorneys).
- Analyze document data to create accurate and comprehensive case files.
- Professionally respond to client and internal emails, adhering to company standards, and provide updates to clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Assist in drafting and sending professional correspondence.
- Apply knowledge of litigation, enforcement, and sales tactics in client interactions.
- Manage all executive team communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and professional writing proficiency.
- Understanding of litigation enforcement and sales tactics.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
